Based on how brains improve literacy, reading and writing instruction is offered in targeted, 60 minute sessions and sold in bundles.  Committing to a minimum of two reading or writing sessions a week provides consistency, individualized attention, and measurable progress.

This package is ideal for families seeking consistent, professional support for a child who benefits from more intensive guidance. It also empowers parents to stay involved in the learning process. Each take-home lesson includes clear instructions, due dates, and personalized feedback to keep learning going between sessions.

For Ages 5-14

At Acknowledge Him Farm, we believe that every student has the potential to grow, just like the crops in our fields. Tutoring services are designed to cultivate your child’s academic skills in a hands-on, supportive environment. Whether your child needs help catching up, staying ahead, or gaining new skills, we offer personalized tutoring in the following areas:

Study & Executive Functioning Skills ($60/hour)
Equip your child with the tools they need to stay organized, manage their time, and study effectively.

American Sign Language (ASL) ($60/hour)
 Explore the beauty of ASL with one-on-one instruction that introduces communication through sign language.

Read to a Rabbit

Boost reading skills and build confidence in a fun, supportive environment—alongside our friendly rabbits! Designed to reduce anxiety and increase engagement, this unique program pairs young readers with gentle, attentive bunny companions. Rabbits are naturally calming and make the perfect, judgment-free audience—not to mention they're cuddly and irresistibly cute!

Each session begins with a literacy-focused mini-lesson to introduce key reading strategies. Then, students choose their rabbit reading buddy, snuggle up, and enjoy reading aloud in a relaxed and encouraging setting. Readers can bring a favorite book or select one from our library.

This program includes:

✔Two 90-minute small group sessions

✔One 20-minute individualized one-on-one reading instruction session

A minimum of three students is required for this group class to run. Perfect for reluctant readers, animal lovers, or any child who could use a confidence boost in their literacy journey!

At Field and Fork Academy, there’s something for every age and stage of learning! Whether you're a curious community member, an aspiring homesteader, or a homeschool family seeking meaningful, hands-on learning experiences, our seminars are designed to meet you where you are.

From one-time workshops to in-depth, multi-session series, each offering blends practical skills with academic insight — often cross-curricular and aligned with NYS Learning Standards. Sessions are built around the rhythms of farm life and tailored to seasonal themes, community interest, and the natural cycles of our land and livestock.
